Order Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@gethomeadapt.com or call us at provide phone numbers. Please have your order number ready for reference.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns
Installed and Fixed Products: Products that have been installed and permanently fixed in your home can only be returned if they are defective or do not function as promised. In such cases, you should let us know within 2 weeks period after installation and we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Non-Fixed Products: Products that have been delivered but not permanently installed can be returned within 2 weeks of the installation date for a full refund, provided they are in new and unused condition. If the product becomes defective during this period, it can be returned or exchanged.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, contact us at support@gethomeadapt.com or call our customer service team for return process instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will  arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
